Sixth Grade Enrollment Information


Chandler Preparatory Academy – 2013-14 School Year
6th Grade Application Event

Chandler Preparatory Academy will hold a 6th Grade Application Event on Wednesday, October 24th, 2012. This application event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

PLEASE NOTE: This 6th Grade Application Event is a one-day, first-come, first-served event, so be sure to carefully read the instructions below and prepare ahead of time to participate in this event.

Who Should Participate:

  1. Students who will be entering 6th grade for the 2013-14 school year
  2. Incoming 6th grade siblings of current Chandler Prep students. Verified siblings will receive priority enrollment status per Arizona Charter Statute.

Participation in our 6th Grade Application Event is easy:

  1. Mark your calendar: The Chandler Prep Application Eventbrite portal will be open from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm on Wednesday, October 24th, 2012.
  2. On October 24th, click on the Chandler Prep Application Link (see below) and register for an “Application Ticket” for your incoming 6th grader. Remember, this event is first-come, first-served and the order in which “Application Ticket” registrations are made is the order in which limited enrollment offers will be made.
  3. Enter Parent First Name, Last Name and Email Address under “YOUR INFORMATION” section.
  4. Enter Incoming 6th grade Student First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Phone Number under “TICKET #1” section.
  5. Agree to Waiver Questions and Complete your Registration. You should receive an email confirmation soon after submitting. If you do not receive an email confirmation in your INBOX, please check your “SPAM” folder.

How the 6th Grade Application Event works:

  1. Your Application Ticket will hold your child's spot in a “virtual line” for this first-come, first-served application event.
  2. Ordering an application ticket does not guarantee placement of your child for the 2013-14 school year.
  3. If the total number of application tickets ordered exceeds the number of 6th grade spots available, we will start at the beginning of the “virtual line” to begin filling open 6th grade spots. Once all spots have been filled, the remaining students in line will form a numbered waitlist for 6th grade enrollment.
  4. Once we determine enrollment status for all Application Ticket holders, we will send you an email with your enrollment status and further enrollment instructions.
